"We built Comfort Cove Stays because we saw a gap in our rural community for support that actually feels like home. With a background in the Dr Amen Brain Coaching Academy and years of navigating the NDIS supports 'mental load' for my own family, I’m here to be your strategist and your biggest cheerleader. I believe brain health is the foundation of every breakthrough, and I’m dedicated to helping our guests find the 'flair' in their daily lives through our respite care services."
The Personal Flair (My Quirks):
Daily Essential: Strawberry protein water (I’m rarely seen without a cup in hand!).
The Vibe: An introvert at heart, but vibrant and vocal when I’m with my groups.
Home Life: I love a good jump-scare to keep my family on their toes.
Current Playlist: Anything by Mel Robbins or a classic Disney soundtrack.
The Comfort: My hair is almost always in a ponytail, and I’m happiest with a plan in place, but I've learned to roll with the punches when needed.
